Did you know there’s a bar and grill in Alpharetta serving some of the best food and desserts we’ve had in awhile? We took my parents to Kona Grill and they were excited to try the sake and the watermelon margarita. We ordered the chef’s tasting menu so we could sample a few appetizers and the chicken potstickers were the clear winner. We also tried a few salads and the honey ginger dressing was perfect. Dinner was just as good. My dad loved his lemon chicken pasta, Slim’s steak was a standout, my burger was tasty, and my mom’s stir fry hit the spot. We were celebrating my parents visiting us in Atlanta and this ended up being the perfect restaurant for a family night out. But dessert is what stole the show. The carrot cake was the best we’ve ever had. We all ended up eating my dad’s slice because it was that good. Slim enjoyed his butter cake and my brownie was a chocolate lovers dream. We wrapped up the night outside at the fire tables and it made the whole experience even better....
