It’s funky but effective! 😎 this defense works well when you can stop them first with the post hand, then execute the head-stand. It’s a technique that’s not common or really expected is it can come as a surprise. 

Warm up your neck well before trying this.. in fact, always warm up your neck before wrestling 😂
