GLINDA’S 75
• 1½ oz Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin
• ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• ½ oz Simple Syrup 
• Sparkling Wine, to top
• Edible Glitter & Grapefruit Slice, to garnish

METHOD: Shake all ingredients except for sparkling wine with ice and fine strain into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine then stir in edible glitter. Garnish and enjoy! 

ELPHABA’S 75
• 1½ oz Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin
• ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• ½ oz Simple Syrup 
• 5-6 Basil Leaves
• Sparkling Wine, to top
• Edible Glitter & Rosemary Sprig, to garnish

METHOD: Shake all ingredients except for sparkling wine with ice and fine strain into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine then stir in edible glitter. Garnish and enjoy!
