🏈 Week 11 of Game Day Bites: Loaded Steak Nachos | These are the cheesiest loaded steak nachos you’ll ever make, and they’re perfect for your next gathering... just make sure you have extra napkins on hand.

These nachos are elite. Think cheesy gooey goodness, jalapenos for a little heat, pickled onions for some sweetness, and avocado & sour cream to cut through all the richness. But the star of the show, heritage_premium Shaved Ribeye Steak. Made with 100% real beef and high in protein, the Shaved Ribeye cooks quicker than the cheese sauce making these nachos come together in no time. Make this an easy game day recipe you can whip up in a pinch! #HeritagePartner #ad

🥩 Nachos
1 (12oz) pack of Heritage Shaved Ribeye Steak
Tortilla chips
Jalapeno, thinly sliced
Pickled onions
Avocado
Cllantro
Sour Cream
Limes
Salt

🧀 Cheese Sauce
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
2 cups heavy cream
3 cups freshly shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat your oven to 350°

Make the cheese sauce by melting the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Then whisk in the cornstarch and spices. Cook for 30-60 seconds until smooth and bubbly. Then slowly whisk in heavy cream until fully combined.

Heat the cream until it starts to bubble (don’t boil), then lower the heat and whisk in the shredded cheese a handful at a time until fully melted, silky, and smooth. Then set aside on low heat.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, and cook the Heritage Shaved Ribeye Steak until browned and slightly crispy on the edges. Then season with salt & pepper and deglaze the pan with a few tablespoons of beef broth or water.

Spray your sheet tray with non-stick spray and pour the warm cheese sauce directly onto the tray. Then spread into a tick, even layer. Then top with cooked ribeye and jalapenos.

Bake for 10 minutes until hot, bubbly, and slightly crisp around the edges.

Lay the tortilla chips out on another tray. Then carefully slid the hot, loaded cheese layer from the banking tray right onto the chips. Finally, top the nachos with diced avocado, picked onions, sour cream, cilantro, and fresh lime.
