In a world that is so fast paced…where we have to be on the go on the regular, stepping into pure presence can be a little challenging at times..especially when your mind is going a million miles a minute with things to do and keep track of.

But presence is where the magic happens and that’s a big reason of why I even became interested in photography at a young age (besides being able to skip class and create art with my friends in photography class😜)

Presence slows you down. Presence helps you pay attention to the subtleties, the nuances, the moments that flash by in a second if you were not paying attention💓

Slow, intentional moments that bring you right back to how things felt that day- that’s what matters in the end✨

And what a beautiful thing that the art we are creating whether that’s through a photograph, a film, a design, a project- reflects so much about the person creating it✨
