The Audi A8L W12 6.0 was the stealth-luxury flagship that hid a hand-built 450-hp W12 under the calmest body in the segment.

Its unique W-layout—essentially two VR6s sharing a crank—gave it turbine-smooth power, effortless pull, and a character totally different from the V12s in rival S-Classes and 7-Series.

With quattro, a stretched wheelbase, and true limousine refinement, it became one of Audi’s rarest and most underrated halo cars.
