Thursday Thoughts - Sabbath Rest

 Even camp runs on rest days. Without pause, we can’t keep giving. 
Jesus said, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28). 

Sabbath is God’s gift to remind us to settle in.

👉 Protect one pocket of rest this week—turn off notifications, take a walk, or nap guilt-free. 
Receive God’s gift of rest.
