#RaJ is countersuing #KimKardashian and #KrisJenner, claiming they all agreed to film and release their 2003 s-x tape and that the “leaked without her consent” story is false. 

He says they later settled for $6 million and agreed not to mention the tape on The Kardashians, but they violated that deal. Ray J is now seeking $1 million in damages. 

he claims he was falsely accused of s-xually assaulting Kim while she was asleep by Kanye West on “The Kardashians.” After taking legal action against Kim, Kris and their production company, Kim agreed to pay him $6 million. 👀
