I use to struggle with social anxiety in the gym when I was a beginner, 4 years later I finally feel confident in the gym. 

It’s not just about the hair and the makeup, it’s about how I carry myself in the gym. When I’m feeling anxious, I walk like I own it. I still get anxious sometimes but it’s the way I decide to go about my presence and mindset that helps me push past that. 

I love doing my hair and makeup, and it provides me with the opportunity to feel like my best self in the gym. I lift heavy in the gym, but I still LOVE to feel like a woman. 

Women can be strong, and lifting heavy is feminine 🩷
