• The best part was the people. We met folks that came to meet us from all over the country which blew my mind.
• The best bite of the Tex-Mex BBQ tent (and the day for that matter) was sunbirdbbq’s Brisket Carne Guisada Boudin. 
• The favorite bite of our menu was our Smoked Chicken & Waffles. 
• The coolest part of the Meat Church & friends tent was our buddy eviemaesbbq grilling kabobs on a pitch fork. 
• Our fav artist of the night was the legend claywalker, but the whole lineup killed it. Getting to feed Clay a private dinner was an honor. 

Needless to say, you need to put both of the troubadourfest events (College Station in the Spring, Celina in the Fall) on your calendar. 

Thank you to my bad ass team who kept that long line fed all day. You killed it as usual. See y’all in C-Stat in 2026!
