My heart is full.

Before stepping onto the ADCOLOR stage to receive the Lifetime Achievement Award and launch The NXT Chapter podcast, I was blessed to gather with a room filled with extraordinary people — leaders, creatives, and changemakers who have walked alongside this journey in countless ways.

Representatives from Sundial Brands, ESSENCE, Walmart, The General, NBCUniversal, 72andSunny, Publicis Groupe, JPMorgan Chase, Courageous Conversations, and our steadfast partners at iHeartMedia — your presence meant more than you know. To stand in fellowship with individuals who shape culture, build community, and carry influence with integrity is a gift I do not take lightly.

A heartfelt thank you to The Shade Room and the Marcus Graham Project for hosting such a warm and welcoming reception. Your love and support could be felt from the moment we walked in.
