It might look simple to some…. But this is a drill I use to teach “near step movement” - too many Defenders move to the right and step left foot first and Vice Versa… these guys got it after a ton of reps and did great! 90% of the time you need to move “near step” to react or pursue the ball. Simple Drills on Defense build the core basics often lost these days. #TheOG
