We did this for 20 mins…. My advice to all coaches/players is to take time to learn how to drop step with balance to a true 45 degree angle. The guys got better at this drill as we went on offering the fixes and absolutely killed the 2 hours of training last night in Syracuse.  Best is in 3 week the Takeaway Check portion of the training was awesome!!! They were getting them and adding to the arsenal! #TheOG
