WISE Seattle Summit Speaker Spotlight: Frances Traisman 💙

Frances Traisman serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales for the @mariners Baseball Club, leading business development, revenue generation, and fan growth through sales of baseball and non-baseball events at T-Mobile Park. 

She leads three high-performing, innovative teams – Ticket Sales & Service, Ticket Operations, and Event Strategy & Sales – creating unique, fan-focused products and experiences and delivering exceptional service. She also plays a key role in strategic planning, development, and sales and marketing of ballpark projects to enhance the fan experience, including the new premium Press Club and fully reimagined Diamond Club, Terrace Club, Loge Boxes and Tables, Rooftop Boardwalk & Trident Deck, and The T-Mobile Pen. 

Traisman established the club’s first Business Analytics team and served as the head of Corporate Partnerships, playing a significant role in securing the 25-year naming rights agreement with T-Mobile.

Beyond her work with the Mariners, Frances is a passionate advocate for women’s leadership and community involvement. She is the President of the Seattle Chapter of Women in Sports and Events (WISE) and is an active member of the International Women’s Forum (IWF) of Washington State. She also serves on the Board of Trustees at Hope College and the United Way of King County. 

Traisman graduated from Hope College (Holland, MI) with a degree in English. She spent a year teaching in Hangzhou, China, before moving to Washington, D.C.
