Pumpkin Tres Leches
Cake:
-1 cup cake flour
-1 tsp. baking powder
-1 tsp. baking soda
-1/4 tsp. salt
-1/4 tsp. each of: nutmeg, cloves & allspice
-1 tsp. cinnamon
-1/4 cup brown sugar
-1/4 cup sugar
-1/3 cup oil
-2 eggs
-1 cup pumpkin puree
-1 tsp. vanilla
Soak:
-1 cup evaporated milk
-1 cup half & half
-1 cup sweetened condensed milk
Whipped Cream:
-1 cup heavy cream
-1 tbsp. powdered sugar
-1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
-1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mezcal Espresso Martini
-2 oz. mezcal
-1 oz. espresso
-1/2 oz. coffee liqueur
-1/2 oz. simple syrup
-3 espresso beans
