Coffee Cake Muffins Recipe (Makes 12): 

Dry:
• 2 cups flour
• ¾ cup brown sugar
• 1 tbsp RYZE Mushroom Coffee
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• ½ tsp salt

Wet:
• ¾ cup oat milk (or regular milk) 
• ⅓ cup melted butter
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla

Crumb Layer:
• ½ cup brown sugar
• 1½ tsp cinnamon
• 3 tbsp melted butter
• 2 tbsp flour

Glaze:
• ½ cup powdered sugar
• 1–2 tsp half & half
• ½ tsp vanilla

Bake at 375°F for 18–20 minutes. Drizzle glaze once cooled.
