This song is truly one of the places that made me fall in love with God. The fact that I can be honest, truly honest with God and he still loves me the same. A lot of society tells us that Christians are perfect and when you are in the midst of struggle and pain that you are just farther from God. The amazing thing is that in this song of lament, God and I got closer because I was honest. I did feel alone, I did feel like nobody cared, but don’t we all?
