Earlier this year, four former female employees sued #SmokeyRobinson after accusing him of sexual assault and battery. Now, two more former employees are looking to join the lawsuit, another Jane Doe and a John Doe.

According to documents obtained by tmz_tv, the male accuser claims he started working for Robinson in 2013. He says he would clean and detail the cars, and alleges that Robinson would come outside wearing only his underwear and would touch and fondle his erect penis.

John Doe alleged, “Smokey Robinson’s sexual arousal was vivid and unmistakable during these incidents.” He also accused the musician of making sexually suggestive gestures and remarks towards him, which also included calling him into a nearby room.

John Doe says he would reject the alleged advances and noted in 2022, things heightened when Robinson allegedly grabbed his hand “without consent and attempted to force it onto his erect penis.”

The male accuser claims he was fired after that, but returned a year later at the request of Robinson’s wife. However, he alleges the same behavior continued, which led to “humiliation, emotional distress, and ongoing fear for his safety and dignity.” He claims he later stopped working for the Robinsons “after learning of similar conduct toward other victims and out of concern for his own well-being.”

The new Jane Doe accuser says she also worked for Robinson as a housekeeper and says there were more than 10 occasions the musician allegedly grabbed her hand and attempted to force her to touch his erect penis.
