The estate of #OJSimpson has agreed to pay nearly $58 million to #FredGoldman, the father of #RonGoldman, according to cbsnews.

Simpson, who died in April 2024, was acquitted in the 1994 killings of Ron Goldman and #NicoleBrownSimpson. However, a 1997 civill jury found him liable and ordered him to pay the families $33.5 million, a judgment that grew significantly with interest over the years. He paid only a small portion before his death.

In July 2024, Fred Goldman filed a claim seeking $117 million in unpaid balance and interest.
