A deadline set in the FY25 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) could force DJI onto the FCC’s Covered List, effectively banning new DJI products in the U.S - without just cause or due process. Your existing DJI products can still be used, but future purchases could be blocked. The rules aren’t clear, but the risk is very real.
