Not the same as a cow? Why not? Why do we treat some animals like family, and abuse/eat others? “It’s the circle of life” Why is abusing, torturing, and slaughtering another living being “how the world works”? Why is killing another living being so normalized in our society when it doesn’t *have* to be that way? You don’t have to eat animal products to survive. Being plant-based is actually better for your health because of all of the increased health risks you’re avoiding by eating a whole foods plant-based diet. Swap meat for TVP, soy curls, seitan, tofu, or any other mock-meat out there.
