Backstroke Drill – One-Arm Focus
Today I’m working on a specific backstroke drill: swimming with only one arm, while the other stays still.
Main goals:
	•	Improve body stability
	•	Work on hip rotation
	•	Enhance pull and propulsion awareness
	•	Maintain a clean, straight body line

It’s a great exercise to correct imbalances and strengthen arm-to-core coordination.
Highly recommend if you want to sharpen your backstroke technique!
