This was so true for me. It wasn’t that I was inspired or motivated to make a positive change in my life, because honestly, those feelings are fleeting. I was tired of not being fully committed to my goals. My story consisted of me explaining why the gym wasn’t for me & that I needed to wait for a company to hire me to create content —  in order for it to be valid. Last year in August I finally got sick of my own shit. I committed to my vision, learning, consistently working out and eating healthy. Not only has it helped tremendously, but it’s shown me that I CAN commit and follow thru. You have the power to change your story right now.
