What a night! The 5th Annual Black Ambition Demo Day celebration ignited Miami with two unforgettable days of innovation, community, and visionary leadership. This year’s celebration brought together founders, investors, cultural leaders, and partners to honor bold ideas and unstoppable ambition. To date, Black Ambition has awarded approximately $14.3M to underrepresented entrepreneurs and mentored 1,157 entrepreneurs through the Black Ambitionist Mentorship Program.

From a powerful fireside conversation with Pharrell Williams and Mellody Hobson to founder showcases, a luxury charitable auction, and a surprise performance by Chance the Rapper, Demo Day 2025 was truly one for the books. You all witnessed greatness in the making.

Major congratulations to our 2025 Grand Prize Winners:
-Alexander Zanders of UFarmX, accelerating equitable access for farmers through an AI-powered agri-fintech platform.
-AJ Addae of Sula Labs, transforming beauty and wellness through science-driven, culturally centered product innovation.
