We've officially expanded our Food Rx program to a fourth location at The Franciscan Center (fcbmore), bringing nutritious food, diabetes support, and health education directly to more community members. 

Food Rx uses a proven Food as Medicine approach to help patients manage diabetes with fresh produce, whole grains, and personalized nutrition counseling, addressing one of the most critical social determinants of health: access to healthy food.
