❤️‍🔥🙏🏽 I still have it. Almost 21 years into my yoga practice, and it's been about 16 years since I became the international yoga asana champion. For me, it has never been about winning competitions; it's always been about striving for the healthiest body I can have. From suffering from a heart attack 27 years ago to living with rheumatoid arthritis, my intention remains the same now as it did back then: you have to keep moving and never give up.

☀️🪷 This demonstration includes the following poses: Rooster Pose, transitioning to Handstand, then to Lotus to Handstand, followed by Scorpion Pose, Peacock Pose, and ending with Cobra Pose. Give it a try if you dare! I’d love to see your own version of this demonstration.
