This morning, we held our Winter Sports Blessing gathering together to for pray for our student-athletes, coaches and parents as they embark on the 2025-26 season. 

“Sport trains body and spirit for perseverance, effort, courage, balance, sacrifice, honesty, friendship, and collaboration. Give thanks to God for the gift of sport, in which the human person exercises his body, intellect, and will, recognizing these abilities as so many gifts of his Creator.”

Thank you to Fr. Chinnu and Deacon Israel Rodriguez ‘77 for presiding over the blessing, the campus ministry department for organizing the service and Coach Flanagan for providing the music!
