Struggle with getting the club too far inside? This drill fixes it fast.

👉 Stand with your heels about 6 inches from a wall, and take the club back to hip height.

❌ If the clubhead smacks the wall, you’re likely rolling the forearms and pulling the club too far inside — a move that often leads to a steep, over-the-top downswing.

The fix:
👉 Let the hands work in, but keep the forearms more closed so the clubhead stays off the wall. Combine this with a little wrist set, too. 

✅ This keeps the club on plane in the backswing and sets up a shallower, more consistent downswing.
