RUBY ALEXANDER
• 1 oz Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin
• 1 oz White Crème de Cacao
• ½ oz Ruby Port
• 1 oz Half and Half
• Grated Chocolate & Cinnamon, to garnish

METHOD: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake until cold. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Lightly grate chocolate and cinnamon over top to serve. Enjoy!
