## Caption

Will be adding to the top of our winter cocktail lineup.✨🍐

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. tequila
- 1 oz. lime juice
- 3/4 oz. pear liqueur
- 1/2 oz. cinnamon & ginger simple syrup
- 2 oz. ginger ale
- 1 cup ice to blend
- garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel & pear slices

Cinnamon & ginger simple syrup:
1. To a pot, combine 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon, and 1 tsp. ground ginger.
2. Whisk and bring to a boil
3. Once bubbling, remove from heat and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
4. Once cooled, store syrup in the fridge in an air tight container and enjoy for 1-2 weeks
