Meet ambassador Eddie Niziolek! 👟

For irunnow, running is more than a sport. It’s a way to focus, recharge, and find rhythm. Living on the spectrum, he shares that the steady beat of his footsteps and the rhythm of his breathing help center his mind.

Recently married at Diagon Alley in Universal Studios Orlando, Eddie and his blended family of five (four girls and one boy) are his biggest supporters as he chases new goals.

From 5Ks to ultra marathons, Eddie has built his own training plans every step of the way! We can’t wait to cheer Eddie on as he continues pushing boundaries and inspiring others along the way! 💪
