BEST RESTAURANT OF 2025?!

The buzz for creepieschicago is everywhere. Are bistros back? Did they ever leave? Either way, I had to check them out to see if this Midwestern Bistro was with the hype. 

What we tried:

warm brie gougères
saucisson w/ puff pastry & pistachio
tarte flambé, tavern style
parisian gnocchi w/ swiss, ham, & egg yolk
roasted chicken w/ liver & wine sauce
baguette soft serve w/ chocolate & brown butter crumbs
