CONQUEST: a Battlefield fan film 💥

After three months of prepping, shooting, and animating, we are beyond proud to present our tribute to the #Battlefield franchise. Now first and foremost, this short film would not be possible without the talented folks at ea.dice and ea. And if you enjoy this short film, then PLEASE SHARE THIS POST! This film is an R&D project by formstudios, who is launching their new Motion Capture and Game Cinematics services.

We utilized optitrack PrimeX 22 cameras for the body mocap and the CinePuck for our v-cam rig. All of that data was brought into Unreal Engine 5.6 where it was applied to our #metahuman characters. Those characters were fitted with assets from bigmediumsmall_ , with additional clothing assets fitted with metatailor_official. We also had a full stunt team (shoutout to goodslatepictures) capture all of the stunts for the film using markerless motion capture with the.captury (shoutout to district_cinema for operating it),.

The unrealengine scenes were rendered using an nvidia RTX Pro 6000, which was provided by the amazing folks at pugetsystems.

If you are in the market for motion capture, or need help creating an epic game cinematic, reach out to Form Studios!

And none of this would have been possible without these amazing humans 👇
