Everything I learned from making @Tini👩🏼‍🍳🔥 mac & cheese 🤓☝️ temperature is very important 🌡️ just be chill 😎 nonchalant not too hot or cold  My measurements for 2 servings: - 4oz sharp cheddar - 4oz colby jack - 2oz mozzarella  - 1 tsp Dijon mustard  - 1 tbsp butter - 1 tbsp flour  - 3/4 cup heavy cream - 5oz evaporated milk  - 5 oz pasta Season to taste this is what i used: - 1 tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp smoked paprika  - 1/4 tsp salt - 1/4 tsp pepper Bake at 350 for 15 min broiler for 2 min #tinismacncheese #macandcheese #macaroniandcheese #cookingtips #cookwithme
