What a wonderful moment to have former Vice President of the United States of America Kamala Harris visit Third Man Records in Nashville! She met with local musicians and songwriters for a chat in our HQ and she was so cool and inspiring to the staff and creators at TMR, and we hope we inspired her as well. Short video here of me getting to show Kamala that we use the original Scully lathe from King Records in Cincinnati to record all of our live to acetate concerts in the Blue Room, which prompted her to say we need to send a photo to Bootsy Collins in that case of us next to the lathe!
