✨ Week 11 of 17- Broncos vs. Chiefs 🧡🏈 Better late than never - just like KC trying to steal that win… the refs absolutely tried it, but jokes on them. BRONCOS W!!! 🙌🐎 And for our rivalry week? BBQ Pulled Pork Nachos. Using last week’s leftover pork was the best decision of my life because THESE might be top 3 of the entire series. Not kidding. 📸 Save for the recipe ⬇️ I made the KC-style BBQ sauce from scratch and I’ll never not do this again. Sweet, tangy, smoky..perfection. Exact measurements from the recipe: • 1 cup tomato sauce • ½ cup brown sugar • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar • 2 tbsp Worcestershire • 1 tbsp chili powder • 1 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp black pepper • 1 tsp white vinegar • 1 tsp liquid smoke • ¼ tsp hot sauce (optional) • 1 cup chicken stock (optional to thin) Steps: 1️⃣ Toss leftover pulled pork with your homemade BBQ sauce. 2️⃣ Layer tortilla chips → cheese → BBQ pork → more cheese. 3️⃣ Bake until melted. 4️⃣ Top with tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and pickled jalapeños.
