Thanksgiving Mashed Potatoes 

Peeled and quartered yukon gold potatoes, boiled until fork tender, drain and set aside

Meanwhile, add butter, flour, stir in warm whole milk or heavy cream, white pepper, salt and seasonings of choice

Rice the potatoes, it’s a game changer! Then, pour in the warm butter mixture and gently fold in (avoid over mixing). If needed, gently add more warm heavy cream or whole milk and top with butter and chives
