HOLIDAY BRAMBLE
• 1½ oz Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin
• ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
• ¾ oz Pomegranate Juice
• ½ oz Spiced Honey Syrup*
• Fresh Mint and Pomegranate Arils, to garnish

METHOD: Combine Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin, lime juice, and syrup, and shake with ice. Strain into a rocks glass, and fill with pebble or crushed ice. Top with pomegranate juice and arils, then garnish with a bouquet of mint. Enjoy!

*The Spiced Honey Syrup is a 2:1 ratio of honey to water, infused with various winter spices of choice!
