In 2001, the City of Tempe created its first girls softball league, Ladyhawks. For nearly 25 years, Bobbi Jones has helped the program become a community staple, giving young athletes a place to build skills, make friends and learn lifelong lessons in endurance, teamwork and sportsmanship.
 
Bobbi is retiring, and we want to extend our deepest gratitude for her dedication, advocacy and vision. Much love from your Tempe Parks & Recreation family. 💛
