#Top10Countdown Day 🔟

Cadet Christopher Landry is a senior at Texas A&M University – Central Texas, an extension of Tarleton State University’s Texan Battalion. 

Landry has an associate degree in Health Science and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with minors in Military Science and Political Science. 

Landry is an ADO cadet with 10 years of experience as a combat medic. He deployed twice to the Middle East in support of Operation Spartan Shield (2020 and 2023). 

Landry wanted to become a more integral and effective leader in the Medical Services Branch. In order to achieve this, he joined #ArmyROTC to finish his degree and commission as an officer. 

He is currently the S3/Operations cadet for the Texan Battalion. Landry also holds two leadership positions in the ROTC Club and he both founded and leads the TAMUCT Rodeo & Western Club. He is an active member of the Warriors and Rodeo organization where he competes in rodeo and bull riding activities 🤠. Landry is also an active community volunteer, sharing his time with organizations like Hoofbeats for Hero’s and Bad Dog Rodeo. 

Landry embodies the Army values. He leads with passion, care, and humility - always endeavoring to strengthen his servant leadership style. He is a constant “go-to” leader who is sought out by cadets at all levels. 

Landry recently got engaged and is a proud girl dad.

Post graduation, Landry hopes to branch Medical Services. 

After retiring from the Army, he envisions working as a Hospital CEO for Veteran’s Affairs while pursuing an additional career in stock contracting for rodeo circuits.
