I always serve a buffet at the Holidays and we like options. When it comes to planning a menu that will feed many, make everyone happy, be able to sit out on a buffet and provide leftovers, (which in my House is a non-negotiable) a ham is always an amazing and smart choice.  I love to play with the glazes and this Raspberry Chipotle is a favorite of mine.  So much so that I included the recipe in my cookbook, You Got This! The glaze is a perfect combination of fruity, sweet and spicy and the added bonus is that any leftovers can be used in so many different ways. Sandwiches, omelettes,  stews, quiches, salads or muffins.
