Billups was released on a $5 million bond, secured by property his wife and daughter put up in Colorado.

Under his release conditions, Billups must avoid witnesses, co-defendants, and anyone connected to organized crime; he’s also barred from gambling and must report any transaction over $25,000 except legal fees.
