Something I’ve learnt as I’ve got older in leadership:
You don’t need to be everywhere for everyone.

 Real impact comes from spending more time with fewer people — the ones who grow, who reproduce what you teach, who go on to lead others.
It’s not about crowd size.

 It’s about the calibre of the people you pour into.
If you feel yourself naturally moving in that direction, it’s okay.

 It’s part of maturing, part of building real legacy.
