I’m doing it again… finding a trash can. 

This Garbodor trash can is in the Pokémon Sweets Café across from the Pokémon Center Mega Tokyo located in Ikebukuro. 

The Pokémon Sweet Cafe sells about five different drinks and you can get a Pikachu waffle too. They also have a few plushies.
