This family home in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood was originally built in 1896. After several renovations throughout the years, my clients were ready for a full gut and addition to update this house for the next 100 years. We worked hard to marry the husband’s more contemporary aesthetic, with the wife’s more traditional leanings.
