سيتم إطلاق القمر الاصطناعي فاي 1 اليوم في 26 نوفمبر من قاعدة فاندنبرغ الجوية في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. طوَّر مركز محمد بن راشد للفضاء هذه المهمة ضمن مبادرة استضافة حمولة الأقمار الاصطناعية بالتعاون مع مكتب الأمم المتحدة لشؤون الفضاء الخارجي، ويقدم من خلالها الفرصة للدول والجهات كي تختبر ابتكاراتها في الفضاء.

PHI-1 satellite is scheduled to launch today 26 November from Vandenberg Space Force Base in the USA. This mission is developed by MBRSC as part of the Payload Hosting Initiative in collaboration with UNOOSA. It provides the opportunity to countries and entities to test their innovations in space.
