Kosher beef patties, vegan “cheese,” toasted sesame bun, onion, lettuce, pickles, and that unmistakable Big Mac sauce.

Ray Kroc took a tiny burger stand at 52 and turned it into an American icon.

Which brand should I recreate next? 👇🇺🇸

Quick Big Mac Sauce:
• 1/2 cup mayo
• 3 tbsp ketchup
• 3 tbsp mustard
• 1 tbsp diced pickles
• 3 tbsp diced onion
Mix until smooth.

Build:
