Deep Frying a Steak in Beef Tallow 🥩
The key is to reverse sear and then fry super hot in the tallow. I let the steak cool down after bringing it up to desired internal temperature - I did smoker but oven would work as well. This steak and amazing idea came from my homies at alpinebutcher 🔥
