#ad The holidays are here and if you’re not sure what to put on the dinner table, you have to try my stuffed turkey breast. Filled with a delicious cranberry and horseradish sauce, made with @silver_spring_foods Fresh Ground Horseradish, it’s the perfect dish for all your holiday hosting. To make the sauce, combine fresh cranberries, water, sugar, lemon juice and plenty of Fresh Ground Horseradish. Bring this up to a simmer and cook until it thickens up.  To prep the turkey, remove the skin and separate the meat from the bone. Cover with plastic wrap and pound it down to get it nice and even. Fill the cranberry sauce, roll it up, cover with the turkey skin and secure with butcher’s twine.  Place it in the fridge for an hour and when ready, grill at 350 degrees, indirect heat, until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees. Let it rest, slice, top with more sauce and enjoy!
