Strawberries: 
1/2 pint of strawberries, trimmed and sliced
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Pinch of kosher salt 
1 teaspoon vanilla

Stuffed French Toast: 
1 (16-ounce) tub PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Frosting 
1 loaf of brioche
2 large eggs 
1/2 cup heavy cream 
1/2 cup whole milk 
3 tablespoons granulated sugar 
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
Pinch of nutmeg 

1. Transfer about 1 cup of PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Frosting to a bowl. We’re going to spoon it into the French toast.
2. To make the strawberries, mix them with the sugar, kosher salt and vanilla. Let them sit and macerate while you make the French toast. 
3. Slice brioche into 1 1/2-inch thick slices. Take a paring knife and score the sides. This where we’re going to add the PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese frosting. 
4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and pinch of nutmeg. 
5. Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add a teaspoon or two of butter to the pan. Dip the brioche into the egg mixture and flip it over. Transfer to the warm skillet and cook on each side until golden brown, about 1 minute per side. Repeat with the French toast. 
6. Spoon the PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Frosting into the French toast. Repeat with the remaining pieces of French toast. 
7. Plate them up, top with a dollop of whipped cream and a spoonful of strawberries.
